Our take on the traditional German Märzen-style is like Autumn in a glass. The recipe is comprised of 100% German ingredients imparting a deep red, almost garnet colour. Aromas of toasted pumpernickel bread, caramel, and dark fruit fill the nose. Taste follows the aroma with upfront but not overwhelming caramel flavours, resulting in a medium to full bodied, smooth and malty beer. Prost!

Excellent!

As usual Ridge Rock rocks in their beers and delivery thereof!! Thank goodness I live in Carp!! Well done Ridge Rock!!
