This IPA is a more unique take on the North East style of pale ale. We brewed with HBC 1019, a new experimental hop from the Hop Breeding Company. The hop gives flavours of Fuzzy Peaches and candy, as well as tropical notes similar to Daiquiris. In the spirit of exploration, we've used lactose to give it a creamy mouthfeel with a full body and lots of sweetness.
