Ridge Rock Brewery is taking steps to protect customers and beer lovers who are practicing “Social Distancing” during Coronavirus pandemic
Today Ridge Rock Brewing Company announced steps to provide residential beer delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ridge Rock is implementing a process to safely deliver beer to doorsteps for people in proposed or decided self isolation. The Ridge Rock team also decided to temporarily shut down the tap room and restaurant operations in an effort to keep the staff and customers safe.
Ridge Rock’s residential delivery and handling process will provide our loyal customers with a means to receive their favourite Ridge Rock brews while at home without putting their safety at risk.
Each and every can sent out the door for delivery will be wiped down with Clorox before being dropped off by our team on the ordering party’s front porch. In accordance with the law, we will verify the customer is of drinking age by viewing the ID of the customer through the window. If our customer lives in an apartment where there is not a window by the front door, we will ask that the door be opened for a brief interaction with our team member, who will be practicing safe social distancing.
Closing our restaurant doors and implementing this delivery service for our beer are all efforts to keep our team members and loyal customers safe during this trying time. Our retail operation will stay open between 11 - 5pm everyday or for anyone who would rather get home delivery an online order form on our website can be used.
