Our first IPA is now on tap at Ridge Rock Brewing Company - ELECTRIC MAYHEM (Double Dry Hoped IPA - 6.7% ABV)

This double dry hopped IPA was created to be a clean and pleasingly graceful showcase for two delicious hop varietals - Citra and Mosaic. It is brewed with a simple malt bill and fermented with our house yeast to create a flavour profile that spotlights the ingredients rather than yeast character. Electric Mayhem’s aroma is a citrus explosion. The taste follows suit with notes of orange juice, grapefruit, mango, and hints of lime. It is dry, soft, and adequately bittered resulting in a very approachable and thirst quenching IPA.
