Sprø {adjective}: crisp, crispy, crazy, mad. We brewed this experimental Norwegian lagered ale with a very particular Kveik yeast strain and were able to produce a very light, and extremely drinkable beer that is almost indistinguishable from a central European lager. It is dry, light to medium bodied, and finishes with slightly floral notes from generous additions of classic noble hop varieties 🍻 5.1% ABV | 18 IBU
