IT’S HERE! 🔹▫️🔹 Our take on the traditional German Marzen-style is like Autumn in a glass. The recipe is comprised of 100% German ingredients imparting a deep red, almost garnet colour. Aromas of toasted pumpernickel bread , caramel, and dark fruit fill the nose. Taste follows the aroma with upfront but not overwhelming caramel flavours, resulting in a medium to full bodied, smooth and malty beer (5.9% ABV, 24 IBU) 🇩🇪 Originating in Germany, this style was traditionally brewed in the spring (Marzen meaning March), and aged or “lagered”, throughout the summer (ours was lagered for 6 week) 🍻
