West Carleton softball registration open

WEST CARLETON – Sure there is three feet of snow in your driveway, but now is the time to start thinking about softball.

The West Carleton Softball Association (WCSA) 2019 registration is now open until March 31. The WCSA has five participating partners across the former township of West Carleton including Dunrobin, Carp, Constance Bay, Kinburn, Fitzroy Harbour and, new for 2019, Corkery which will be participating in Learn to Play/T-Ball only this year.

The WCSA organizes fastpitch softball for boys and girls ages five to 19. Games are played at participating community centres in West Carleton (although due to the tornado, it is unlikely participants in Dunrobin will be able to use the ball diamond there and organizers are still searching for a solution), with older age groups also participating against teams in other associations (McNab and Stittsville). The house league season runs from early May to late June.

Registrants can sign up online and will receive an invoice by email. To register, click here.
