Wesley Clover Park’s Magic of Lights kicks off Friday

KANATA – The popular, well-lit fundraiser, the Wesley Clover Park Magic of Lights tour is back starting Friday, Nov. 13.

“Start the car,” Wesley Clover Park organizers released in a statement. “Well, in two days.

The Magic of Lights is a dazzling, drive-through holiday lights experience features favorite holiday scenes and characters of the season using the latest LED technology and digital animations.

“Experience Magic of Lights from the comfort and safety of your own car as you wind through the sparkling path of Ottawa’s favorite holiday tradition,” organizers said. “One carload, one price. Magic of Lights is a great family entertainment value, and every ticket to Magic of Lights benefits Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.”

Organizers have tweaked this year’s event to keep the experience fresh for returning visitors.

“We can’t wait for you to see the brand-new Time Warp Tunnel and Santa’s Mountain displays,” organizers said.

This year’s event runs every day from Nov. 13 to Jan. 9, 2021. It is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. Tickets are $22 in advance ($30 at the gate) and more for specialty vehicles.
