WEST CARLETON – West Carleton Online will not be publishing Friday, Aug. 7.

Publisher Jake Davies is taking the day off (and the weekend off) to head to Algonquin Provincial Park with family. He will be leaving the Internet behind for the whole weekend and as a result will not be publishing stories on a Friday for the first time in West Carleton Online’s history.

As a result, do not expect a Daily Headlines email Monday, Aug. 10 morning (although there may be one – that has yet to be determined). Davies looks forward to returning to work Monday morning and will again be publishing all the news from West Carleton and all the news affecting West Carleton. We already have a number of stories planned for the coming week.
