WEST CARLETON – The libraries serving West Carleton paid tribute to their free help with a party last Friday (April 12).

Supervising librarian Lori Fielding who manages the Carp, Constance Bay and Fitzroy Harbour branches of the Ottawa Public Library played host to the event which honoured the volunteers who help keep the libraries moving.

The event was part of National Volunteer Week.
