Train with the Fury’s goalie

OTTAWA – Are you one of the crazy few that likes playing soccer’s goalkeeper position? Join your peers this spring and sign up for the Fury in Training Goalkeeper program starting April 18.

It’s an opportunity to learn from a professional United Soccer League goalkeeper.

“Fury in Training returns to The Stadium at TD and is specifically designed to help youth goalkeepers in Ottawa develop their game by learning from the best,” the Fury released in a statement. “Our Fury in Training Goalkeeper programs are being led by one of our own keepers David Monsalve who was the 2018 Community award winner for Fury FC in 2018.”

During these training sessions your child can expect:

  • To develop their game in a physical, challenging and fun capacity
  • Develop self-confidence and a positive mindset which fosters pro activity
  • Train with Fury FC goalkeepers and staff here on a professional field at TD Place

Sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. and run for one full hour on April 18. Following sessions will run on Thursdays, April 25, May 2 and May 9.
