Toy lending library to hit Corkery every three weeks
CORKERY – Are your kids already bored of their Christmas presents? Never fear the EarlyON Child and Family Centre toy lending library is putting the Corkery Community Centre on its route.
“The toy lending library will be visiting the Corkery Community Centre every three weeks,” the Corkery Community Association (CCA) released in a statement today (Jan. 14). “Given the upcoming second lockdown, please contact Terri Beeton for updates.”
EarlyON says safety protocols will be in line with the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre (WOCRC) as set out by Ottawa Public Health and the Ministry of Education.
Only one person per family will be allowed in the van plus the staff person. Masks must be worn. The staff member will have a mask and shield.
All loans from March 2020 must be returned before any other loans can be made.
To reach contact person Terri Beeton you can email her at beeton@wocrc.ca or call 613-591-3686 ext. 236.
