Tiny terrors invited to Diefenbunker on Hallowe’en
CARP – Are they little angels or tiny terrors? Either way, take them to the Diefenbunker Museum on Hallowe’en (Oct. 31) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for a little holiday fun.
“Come to the Diefenbunker Museum dressed up in your favourite costume,” Diefenbunker Museum staff released in a statement. “Discover spooky, and cute ghosts and monsters throughout the museum to collect treats. There’s plenty of open space to run around and have fun in the bunker. Feel free to bring a lunch and eat in our cafeteria.”
The even it by donation for parents, grandparents or caregivers. Kids under five are always free. Staff recommend not bring a stroller to the Diefenbunker.
“The best way to get around underground is with a baby carrier,” staff said. “The government wasn’t thinking about navigating around in a stroller when they built the bunker back in the early ‘60s.”
