CARP – The Irish Hills Golf and Country Club has put away the golf sticks, but encouraging you to pull out the snowshoes instead this winter.

Starting January, 2021 the Carp Road golf course will be offering snowshoeing on the 160-acre course this winter.

“What better way to enjoy the beautiful experience of winter than to take a breathtaking hike through our groomed trails,” Irish Hills management released in a statement today (Nov. 26). “With three different trails to choose from, you can take the family on a lead expedition, do your own and settle into a roaring fire with smores and hot chocolate.”

The trails are groomed, there will be sweet treats, fire pits and guided tours for those who are interested.
