RRTC auditions for fish story start March 1

CONSTANCE BAY – Can you tell a good fish story?

The RRTC’s next production is Norm Foster’s The Great Kooshog Lake Hollis McCauley Fishing Derby and the theatre troupe is looking for five actors to make up the cast.

“The play is a comedy about a nerdy techie whose car breaks down in Kooshog Lake the weekend of their annual fishing derby,” RRTC publicity director Marilyn Lilienthal told West Carleton Online. “Total cast of five. Three women to play age ranges of 55 plus, one 35 to 45, and one 25 to 30. Two men to play age ranges one 55 plus and one 25 to 30.

Auditions will  be held March 1 and March 4, at 7 p.m. at the NorthWind Wireless Fibre Centre in Constance Bay (262 Len Purcell Dr.).

The play will be presented May 31 and June 2 to 6 at the NorthWind Wireless Fibre Centre theatre.
