STITTSVILLE – Ottawa police are looking for witnesses to a Saturday (May 9) morning shooting in Stittsville.

“The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is investigating a shooting in the 1-100 block of Lucas Lane that occurred at 12:09 a.m. on May 9,” the OPS released in a statement today (May 11). “Responding officers located damage to property corresponding with a shooting.”

Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the OPS Guns and Gangs Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5050.
