Police seek 38-year-old missing man
OTTAWA – The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking a missing man last seen in the west end but possibly in British Columbia.
“The OPS Missing Persons Section is asking for public assistance to locate missing Jade McTaggart, 38-years-old, of Ottawa. “His family is concerned for his well-being and safety.”
McTaggart is described as a Caucasian male, 5’8 (173cm), 180 pounds (82kg) with a thin build. He has brown eyes, a full brown beard and a shaved head. He may have a piercing in his left eyebrow.
Jade was reported missing to Ottawa Police in February 2020. He was last seen in the west end of Ottawa in May of 2019. He may possibly be in British Columbia.
Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Jade is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222.
“If you have information that could assist investigators, but do not know where he is currently, please contact the Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., daily,” the OPS said.
