CARP – Life is short, drink wine and eat chocolate. Specifically, at KIN Vineyards on Remembrance Day (Feb. 14).

The local vineyard is teaming up with Hummingbird Chocolate for A Wine and Chocolate Pairing Evening from 7 to 9 p.m.

“You love chocolate, and you love wine,” KIN Vineyard staff released in a statement. “But what happens when you pair them? This Valentine’s Day join us for a Chocolate and Wine Pairing to explore how well they work together. Treat your sweet or gather some friends for a cozy and indulgent evening of tasting handcrafted fine wines and decadent small batch, artisan chocolate.

Hummingbird’s chocolate maker and KIN’s sommelier will offer tips on how to taste and share their selection of thoughtfully paired wines and chocolate with vegan options available.

“There will be plenty of room for you to sip and savour at your own pace and light refreshments to nibble on,” KIN said.
