OLA Property Rights Conference Oct. 26
ARNPRIOR – Join the Ontario Landowners Association (OLA) Oct. 26 for an important talk on individual liberty, free enterprise and private property rights at the organizations annual Property Rights Conference.
The conference will be held at the Arnprior Quality Inn at 70 Madawaska Blvd. and starts at 11 a.m. Prizes and dinner are included.
Author Tom DeWeese will be the keynote speaker.
“DeWeese is one of the nation’s leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, and American sovereignty and independence,” the OLA released in a statement. “DeWeese was one of the first to voice concern over the radical agenda of the environmental movement and to question its motives. Today he serves as founder and president of the American Policy Center and editor of The DeWeese Report and author of three books – Now Tell Me I Was Wrong, ERASE, a fictional political thriller, and his most recent policy book entitled Sustainable, the War on Free Enterprise, Private Property and Individuals.
The conference will also include the OLA Awards, a book signing by DeWeese, a ton of door prizes, a social hour with DeWees and the OLA executive and a roast chicken dinner.
Early bird pricing, $45 per ticket, is in affect until Sept. 30 after that time the price will raise to $60.
