ARNPRIOR – While movie magic is made in downtown Arnprior, expect detours over the next couple of days.

There is a film crew shooting a movie in the downtown. Muse Entertainment Production will be set up on John Street North from Elgin to Madawaska Streets today (Sept. 16), tomorrow and Wednesday.

The film crew will be shooting at Krave Bistro on Elgin Tuesday and Wednesday and there will be no parking on Elgin Street from Daniel to John streets on those days. Businesses will remain open, but shopping may be interrupted at times while the crew captures a scene.

Movie crews also be using the municipal parking lot just behind John Street for staging operations while they are in town. The movie, titled Turkey Drop features Disney stat Olivia Holt, and is expected to debut in time for American Thanksgiving in November.
