Missing men to locate

NEPEAN – Ottawa police are looking for a missing man last seen near Algonquin College last Thursday (Oct. 10).

“The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing Peter Prachar, 40-years-old, from Ottawa,” the OPS released in a statement yesterday (Oct. 12). “His family is concerned for his safety.”

Prachar is described as a Caucasian male, 5’8 feet (173cm), 200 lbs (91kg), heavy build, with brown hair, brown beard with a little grey in it and green eyes.  He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, red reversible shorts, and running shoes. Prachar was last seen on Oct.  10 at approximately 11 a.m. in the area of Algonquin College. He drives a 2010 grey 4-door Toyota Corolla with Ontario licence plate RMTPETE.

Anyone with information on the current whereabouts of Prachar is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222. KANATA – The OPS is also seeking public assistance to locate missing 27-year-old Jeris Kalisa. There are concerns for his safety.

He was last seen in the 1000 block of Carling Avenue at approximately 10 a.m. Thursday (Oct. 11)  morning. Kalisa is not familiar with Ottawa — he has only been living in this city for a short period. He frequents the Richcraft Recreation Complex on Innovation Drive.

Kalisa is described as a black male, approximately 6 feet (183 cm), 200 lbs (91kg). He was last seen wearing a light grey full-zip hoodie, green sweatpants, white Nike running shoes, black Adidas ball cap. If you have information on the current whereabouts of Kalisa, please call 613-236-1222.
