MCDONALD’S CORNERS – Birds and tiny animals are on the auction block in McDonald’s Corners March 29.

The McDonald’s Corners Agricultural is hosting a Bird and Small Animal Auction starting at 10 a.m. at the agricultural hall (194 Cameron’s Rd.).

“Bring only healthy birds and animals,” organizers released in a statement. “We reserve the right to deny entrance to any sick or injured stock.”

There is not society membership required. All animals and birds must be boxed with wire fronts but there is no box limit. Entry tags are 50 cents each and there is a 20 per cent commission on sales.

Entries will be received from 7 to 10 a.m. Breakfast will also be available during that time. The auction starts at 10 a.m. and is cash only. There is no ATM on site.

Lunch will also be available.
