March Road subdivision public meeting Oct. 3

SOUTH MARCH – The city is hosting a meeting Oct. 3 to discuss a proposed subdivision that may bring nearly 1,700 residential units to March Road.

The public meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 3 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Richcraft Recreation Complex, 4101 Innovation Dr. (Minto Community Room), to discuss a proposed plan of subdivision at 1020 and 1070 March Road.

The owner is proposing to develop a subdivision comprised of 728 residential units including 297 single detached dwellings, 315 townhouse dwellings and 116 back-to-back town homes.

Also included in the subdivision are two commercial mixed-use blocks, a future school block and various park and open space blocks.
