MARATHON VILLAGE – It’s going to be a busy weekend in West Carleton, so save some time for a Marathon shopping session.

The tiny community of Marathon Village is hosting a huge neighbourhood yard sale this Saturday (June 1) from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The event is being held just before the village’s Picnic in the Park event.

“It’s time for that spring cleaning and treasure hunting,” yard sale organizers released in a statement. “Rain or shine.”
