Dear Eli,
Tuesday morning (Nov. 5, 2019), I read an article on the front page of the Ottawa Citizen concerning you having to spend one hour or more in your car to travel from Carp to the city.

I had to laugh since you voted to have the zoning changed at 2596 Carp Rd. from light industrial to heavy industrial in order to accommodate the building of Cavanagh’s concrete batching plant. When Cavanagh floods Carp Road with 900 trucks per day, it will be interesting to see how much longer you will spend in your car.
