HCA AGM May 9

CARP – It’s been a busy year for the Huntley Community Association (HCA).

Not only does the not-for-profit organization organize a plethora of recreational activities for Carp-area residents they were politically active in 2018 and 2019 as well.

The HCA participated in the Agriculuture and Rural Affairs committee public consultation on a proposed zoning amendment last March that would clear the way for a cement batching plant on Carp Road. The HCA also hosted a meeting to discus transit options for the community of Carp earlier this month.

Hear all about it at the HCA’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 9 at the Carp Mess Hall from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

AGM’s often operate as a year in review with a disclosure of finances and an election of officers. All are welcome.
