FITZROY HARBOUR – Get a hearty breakfast and an update on the fundraising campaign for the Grove Nursing Home expansion project tomorrow (Jan. 18) morning.

The Bethel-St. Andrew’s United Church Men’s Ministry Breakfast is tomorrow morning at the church (184 Jack Lougheed Way) starting at 9:30 a.m.

Keynote speaker Arnprior Hospital and Grove Foundation board member George Charbonneau will be speaking about the Come Home to Great Care campaign – a $4 million fundraising project to help support the Grove Nursing Home redevelopment and expansion as well as $1 million for new hospital medical equipment.

“This will allow the current 60 beds in the Grove to meet the upcoming provincial requirements for standards of care and provide an additional 36 long-term care beds in our community,” organizers said. “Join us to learn more about meeting the needs of our growing senior population. All men of the community are welcome.”
