Free Carp Fair kids craft night
CARP – Join the Carp Fair’s homecraft directors for a night of free craft building.
On Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. join the Carp Fair’s craft experts in an evening of fun that will help your child get their entry ready for the fair.
“You are invited
to come make crafts with some of our homecraft directors Aug. 14 so their entry
is fair ready,” director Fay Potter released in a statement. “We supply the
material or you can bring your own.”
The crafts that
will be focused that evening will include:
Ages three to four: Create a snowman using a toilet paper roll. Decorate with paint and/or markers, stickers, fabric, etc.
Ages five to six: Create a paper bag puppet of a monster.
Ages seven to eight: Create a cowboy/cowgirl using a
toilet paper roll.
Ages nine to 10:
Build a very mini barn quilt using a 6″ by
6″ square piece of wood.
