WEST CARLETON – Spring is just about ready to, er, spring, and area Easter events are starting to poke through the snow around the community.

Get your Easter started early with the Carp Farmers’ Market Easter Market.

The annual Easter Market is a tease for the rest of the Carp Farmers’ Market which doesn’t start until May.

The Easter Market is boasting more than 60 local vendors and runs Saturday, April 20 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Corkery Community Association will host their annual Corkery Easter Egg Hunt on Monday, April 22 starting promptly at 10 a.m. This event is free for all ages. The event will be held at the Corkery Community Centre.
