DUNROBIN – The Dunrobin Community Association (DCA) will be meeting tomorrow night (March 27) for the annual general meeting following a wild year of disaster and disaster recovery. 

The meeting will be held at the Dunrobin Community Centre at 1151 Thomas A. Dolan Pkwy. and gets underway at 7 p.m.

It has been an incredibly busy and trying year for the DCA. Last fall a tornado devastated the community destroying many homes and businesses in the community. Since then the DCA has worked alongside West Carleton Disaster Relief in efforts to help the community get on its feet.

As well as a wrap-up to 2018, there will be a special presentation as the Royal Bank of Canada will be donating utensils to the DCA’s cooking program for adolescents with special needs, part of the DCA’s life skills program.
