Corkery’s Betts providing healthy cooking ideas online
CORKERY – Thrive Older Adult Wellness wants you to join their free online cooking club.
Last Monday, Thrive’s Kelly Betts launched the five-week series Healthy, Tasty, Small-batch Meals, but it is not too late to join.
Each Monday watch an educational healthy cooking video on the Thrive site or in its private Facebook group. There will be five different recipes over the five weeks.
Betts recommends sometime during the week, making the meal yourself and post your thoughts, ideas, questions and even photos to the Facebook group and network with like-minded people.
“Better well-being starts in the kitchen,” Betts released in a statement. “Join us and get cooking with us. It’s free and easy to join our five-week online healthy cooking series for older adults.”
Betts is a fitness and healthy living expert who focuses on those aged 60 and up. West Carleton Online spoke to Betts Dec. 20, 2019 and to read that story, click here.
