City winter maintenance workshop start today

WEST CARLETON – Have thoughts on the city’s winter maintenance work? Starting today you can chare them with the city.

“Join us for one of our virtual workshops on Jan. 25, 26, 27 or 28 and have your say on how we can improve maintenance of roads, sidewalks and pathways in the winter,” city staff released in a statement. “Your winter mobility needs and priorities, and those of other residents, have changed in the years since our last review. Help us shape and update our Winter Maintenance Quality Standards.”

Residents who have signed up (or choose to sign up) with the Engage Ottawa platform can choose one of four workshop sessions to participate in.

  • Jan. 25 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Jan. 27 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Jan. 28 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
