KANATA – Ottawa police are looking for witnesses to an assault in the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre Wednesday evening.

“On Wednesday evening, Nov. 27, at 11:50 p.m., frontline officers attended the 400 block of Earl Grey Dr. in response to a fight taking place outside,” the Ottawa Police Service released in a statement today. “A 28-year-old man was transported to hospital with serious injuries. He remains in hospital.”

The West Criminal Investigation Unit is looking to speak to any witnesses to the assault.
