Carp’s village Christmas baskets fully sponsored

CARP – A Huntley Community Association (HCA) project to beautify the streets of Carp during the festive season has been another success.

The HCA purchased 25 decorative Christmas baskets and volunteers placed them along Donald B. Munro Drive through downtown Carp. The HCA approaches the community with sponsorship opportunities for each basket.

When you look up and see them, recognize all 25 baskets have been sponsored by generous local residents,” HCA board member Allan Joyner released in a statement today (Dec. 17). “Thanks to everyone who gifted. This amazing community has once again turned our little project into a wonderful testimony to its love of the village and in several cases, dedications and remembrance of family and friends who in the past inspired all of us with their own community spirit. Enjoy the baskets during this season of peace and goodwill.”
