RENFREW COUNTY – The new Miss Teenage Canada hails from the shores of Beachburg.

Miss Teenage Eastern Ontario contestant Emma Jeapes of Beachburg won the national pageant on Sunday (June 14). In addition to claiming the title of Top Fundraiser for the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada.

Jeapes will spend the year attending events and assisting charity organizations across the country and will represent Canada at the international level.

Jeapes will continue to promote her charity platform of Childhood cancer awareness on the national stage and will also be associated with the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, the official charity of the Miss Teenage Canada Pageant.
