Anti-car crash talk in Corkery Nov. 5
CORKERY – After a summer of serious motor vehicle collisions and dangerous driving in the area, the Corkery Community Association (CCA) will host Coun. Eli El-Chantiry for a discussion on safer roads.
“City Councillor Eli El-Chantiry and possibly the Ottawa Police will attend a discussion on safer roads at the next CCA meeting,” the association released in a statement today (Oct. 9). “The meeting is open to the public.”
The area has a history of unsafe driving on the Corkery-area roads, especially along March Road.
The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 at the Corkery Community Centre.
