Welton Brewery Opens The Welton Arms Craft Beer & Restaurant in Downtown Kelowna
KELOWNA, BC – Less than a year after opening its brewery and taproom on Neave Court in Kelowna, Welton Brewery has announced the launch of a second location in the city’s downtown.
The Welton Arms Craft Beer & Restaurant opened last week, and pays tribute to the British heritage of owner Simon Welton and his family with a menu of pub and chip shop favourites including prawn crackers, chip butties, fish & chips, fish finger sarnies, pies & chips, and deep fried Mars bars.
The bar features 18 taps pouring beers from the Welton Brewery, ranging from traditional ales like Chester Bitter (5% abv), Mickle Trafford Mild (3.8% abv), and Vicars Cross Stout (6.3% abv), to more modern recipes including Blackcurrant Salford Sour (5.3% abv), Kelsall Coffee Lager (5% abv), and Not So New England IPA (6.5% abv).
The Welton Arms is located at 890 Clement Avenue in Kelowna, and is open daily with the exception of Mondays. For more details including full business hours, see the restaurant’s website and Facebook page.
