Town Brewery and Frank And Oak Release Coastal Waters IPA for the David Suzuki Foundation
WHITBY, ON – Town Brewery has announced the release of a new collaboration with clothing and lifestyle brand Frank And Oak to raise funds for an important and iconic Canadian charity.
Coastal Waters IPA (6.2% abv) has been created in support of the David Suzuki Foundation, and is described as follows:
The name Coastal Waters is an ode to the foundation’s ocean-protection efforts. Given that oceans are the lifeline of our planet, regulating climate, producing oxygen and providing food and jobs for billions of people, this, again, was an aligned choice. In order to thrive, we need our ecosystem to thrive. There is no good life without sea life.
This beer is quite exciting for us, not only because of the collaboration with Frank And Oak and donation to the David Suzuki Foundation, but we were lucky enough to get our hands on a new hop (to us) called Pacific Sunrise. Our new pals Crosby Hops hooked us up huge with a hop they’re really excited about. Pacific Sunrise comes alllll the way from New Zealand and is giving us some serious warm weather vibes with its huge tangerine/lemony citrus flavours and aroma.
Coastal Waters is available now at the Town Brewery taproom and online store, with $1 from each can sold going to the David Suzuki Foundation.
