DUNDAS, ON – Shawn & Ed Brewing has announced a beer brewed especially for Cinco de Mayo as the latest release in its Anvil Small-Batch Series.

Salted Lime Cerveza (4% abv) is described as follows:

With summer just around the corner, this seasonal brew is perfect for a long lazy afternoons. The citrus tones are accentuated with the slight saltiness evident from start to finish. Serving it ice cold and adding a wedge of lime wouldn’t be a bad idea either! Brewmaster Rob Creighton’s wicked suggestion is to create a Cerveza Michelada by adding a few splashes of hot sauce in addition to the lime.
