Quayle’s Brewery Releases Warm Days, Cold Nights Weizenbock & Tiger vs Polar Bear Hazy IPA

ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of two new seasonal beers.

Warm Days, Cold Nights Weizenbock (8% abv):

A bold, German wheat beer, brewed with honey and caramel malts, with the addition of McCutcheon’s Maple Syrup (an award-winning local syrup maker) as well as maple sap from our farm and seasoned with American Oak. This delightful beer has tones of maple and banana and has the colour of a nice amber maple syrup.

Tiger vs Polar Bear Hazy IPA (7% abv):

We liken Citra hops to the Polar Bear as, much like it’s prominently bright white environment, it is clean, bright and fruity, brimming with stone fruit and citrus, while Mosaic is more like a Tiger skulking through the jungle floor in search of prey – dank and heavy, with blueberries and dark fruits. Although you’d never see these two animals together in nature, you can find them in a glass of our Hazy IPA (metaphorically speaking of course!)

Both beers are available now at the Quayle’s Brewery retail store and online shop.
