Parsons Brewing Releases Seven Winter Seasonals
PICTON, ON – Parsons Brewing has announced details of seven recent and upcoming limited edition beers for winter, several of which have spent time in barrels of various types.
The releases include the following:
The Kilted Moose (8.5% abv) – Variant of Mousetrap Rye Pale Ale aged for a year in rye whisky barrels.
The Guv’Nor ESB (5.6% abv) – Classic UK-style ale brewed with Maris Otter & chocolate malt, Willamette, Fuggles & East Kent Golding hops, and English ale yeast.
Eightball Milk Stout (5.6% abv) – Brewed with mostly Ontario ingredients, it’s described as having a “sweet creamy mouth feel balanced with delicate notes of caramel and coffee”.
Devil’s Right Hand: The Son (6.6% abv) – “A chocolately smooth Irish-style stout that will warm the cockles of your heart”.
Devil’s Right Hand: The Father – Bourbon & Brandy (8.5% abv) and Devil’s Right Hand: The Father – Rum & Rye (8.5% abv) – Two blended editions of DRH: The Son aged in various barrels.
Rum Brûlée (7.5% abv) – Blend of DRH: The Son and Eightball aged in rum barrels.
