Dry-Hopped Norwegian Gose (5% abv) is described as follows:
This Gose is soured with live lactobacillus and fermented extremely warm with a blend of Kveik yeast known for tolerating acidity that’s passed down through generations in Norway. We then dry-hopped it heavily with Southern Passion, a South African hop known for its pleasant citrus, passionfruit and red berry notes. We finished this unique beer with a dose of fresh grapefruit and orange zest.
Dry-Hopped Norwegian Gose will be released on Thursday December 3rd at the Field House taproom and retail store, and can be pre-ordered now via the brewery’s online shop.
