ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced details of a new collaboration with Banter Ice Cream.

Double Scoop Waffle Cone Stout (8.5% abv) is described as follows:

This Ice Cream Stout starts with a dark base beer full of lightly roasted and caramelized malts and loads of milk sugar to give it more body and sweetness. Inspired by the fresh waffle cone aromas ever drifting out of Banter we emulated their waffle cone by adding our own house-made vanilla and almond extracts, and a touch of brown sugar to round it out. Rich and full with sweet almond, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate.

Double Scoop will be released tomorrow (February 4th) at the brewery, and can be pre-ordered now via the Field House online store.
