KELOWNA, BC – Copper Brewing has announced the release of a new beer to mark International Women’s Day 2021.

Butterfly Pea Blossom Pale Ale (4.8% abv) was developed by taproom manager Jess Kozak based on one of her homebrews, and is named after the floral infusion that gives the beer its distinctive colour.

It’s described as “super light, floral and refreshing, with a slight mango and pineapple aroma, a slight fruity and herbal tea sweetness on the tongue, and a beautiful deep indigo colour.”

Butterfly Pea Blossom Pale Ale is available now at the Copper Brewing taproom, retail store, and online shop. $1 from each 4-pack and glass sold will be donated to HOPE Outreach, a nighttime outreach and safehouse for homeless, exploited and abused women and children.
