Blind Enthusiasm Brewing and Dieu du Ciel! Releasing Songe d’une Prairie Sauvage

EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Quebec’s Brasserie Dieu du Ciel!

Songe d’une Prairie Sauvage is described as follows:

It is a turbid mashed lager, fermented in Spanish red wine barrels then conditioned with Brettanomyces for 8 months. This process results in floral, honey character, with over ripe fruit and light Brettanomyces notes. It picks up subtle wine fruitiness and tannin from the barrels and finishes with a delicate tart acidity.

Songe d’une Prairie Sauvage will be available on tap at Biera starting Friday November 20th, and is featured in this week’s edition of the food and beer pairing Biera Box, which can be pre-ordered now for delivery on November 20th or 21st.

General release will follow next Tuesday November 24th, with bottles available at the Biera Holiday Market, the brewery online store, and select beer retailers while supplies last.
