Guavamorphology Gose (5.3% abv):

Welcome summer with this ultra-refreshing kettle-soured fruit bomb that we packed to the rafters with guava puree and Ekuanot hops. The simple base of craft 2 row, flaked wheat and modest boil additions of Himalayan rock salt and lactose deliver an intensely refreshing finish and pillowy soft mouthfeel. So switch gears and step away from winter into this lacto-soured marvel of hop fruited funk.
