Annex Ale Project and Establishment Brewing Release Separate Together Tamarind Gose

CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project and Establishment Brewing have announced the release of collaborative beer to mark this year’s edition of Neighbour Day, an annual event that “provides the opportunity for Calgarians to celebrate our community spirit, kindness and resilience.”

Separate Together Tamarind Gose (4.8% abv):

Gose (pronounced more like Portia than Porsche, if you know what we mean) is a German-style beer known for its subtle saltiness and a herbaceous coriander kiss. Together, we took inspiration from these elements and landed on a tamarind addition to further Separate this beer.

Like coriander and salt, tamarind is at home in dishes both sweet and savoury. Here it adds some distinct stone fruit quality and tart background notes to the wispy citrus bouquet that walks a thin line over the wheat base. By adding another utility player to the mix, we got something that stands great among creation—something as versatile as it is unique. This beer and summer go together like two seeds in a tamarind pod. So grab a neighbour, and bust it, yo.

Separate Together Tamarind Gose is available now in cans and on tap at both Annex and Establishment while supplies last.
