The story of Ridge Rock Brewery is four local kids who grew up and call the Carp area home. Jake Sinclair, Calvin de Haan, Jason Lalonde, and Ryan Grassie are all old enough to know better, but young enough to open a brewery/bar anyways. They’re three business owners and one NHL player, all looking for a bar that they and other Carp residents can call their own.
An eclectic group of owners, each brings their own expertise and sensibilities to Ridge Rock – from home brewing, to a unique ability to develop a menu that matches the atmosphere and beers served, to Canadian sensibilities that will make Ridge Rock a welcoming local watering hole.
